Before judging or bashing anyone, pause and think about what they might be carrying inside. Some people are quietly struggling with deep pain. They may have lost loved ones or carrying trauma that still affects their daily life. Grief and trauma shape how we cope, and how we react. This does not mean harmful actions should be excused, but it does mean we should slow down before mocking, shaming, or tearing someone down. Life leaves invisible scars, people often act from places of pain, confusion, or overwhelmed by their experiences.

Taking mental health seriously means remembering that behind every story, every mistake, every action, there is a human being feeling, hurting, and trying to survive. So, a little empathy can go a long way. We've all experience some form of trauma, if we can stop and reflect on how trauma affects us, maybe we can be more empathetic towards others.
